At Traashya, we take immense pride in our Blue Pottery. Because our products are fragile and handcrafted in Jaipur, our return and refund policies are designed to be fair to you while protecting the artwork from unnecessary transit risks.
We offer refunds or replacements ONLY under the following specific circumstances:
Transit Damage: The product arrived broken or shattered.
Defective Item: There is a significant structural defect (e.g., a large crack that is not a design element).
Wrong Item Sent: You received a product different from what you ordered.
We DO NOT accept returns or refunds for:
Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the item after it has shipped.
Minor Variations: Slight color differences, pinholes, or glaze irregularities are natural in handmade Blue Pottery and are not defects.
Used Items: Products that show signs of wear or use.
To process any claim for damage or missing items, you must provide an unboxing video.
Requirement: The video must start with the sealed package (showing the shipping label) and continue without cuts until the product is fully unpacked and inspected.
Reason: This serves as proof that the damage occurred during courier transit and not after delivery.
Note: Claims without an unboxing video will unfortunately be rejected.
If your order meets the eligibility criteria above:
Notify Us: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Submit Evidence: Include your Order ID and the Unboxing Video (plus clear photos of the damage).
Review: Our team will review the evidence within 24-48 hours.
Once your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
Free Replacement: We will ship a new piece of the same item to you at no extra cost.
Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue a credit note for the full amount to be used on a future purchase.
Full Refund: If the item is out of stock and cannot be replaced, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
If a monetary refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The amount will be credited back to your original source of payment (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).
