SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS & HANDMADE DISCLAIMER

Traashya specializes in authentic Jaipur Blue Pottery. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that:

  • Handmade Nature: Every product is handcrafted by artisans. Unlike machine-made ceramics, Blue Pottery may have slight variations in color, glaze finish, and form.

  • Imperfections: Small bubbles, glaze cracks (crazing), or minor surface undulations are natural characteristics of the quartz-based material and are not considered defects.

  • Color Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 4 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Traashya or its content suppliers and protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not use our product photos for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

SECTION 6 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties (e.g., Payment Gateways like Razorpay/PhonePe, or Shipping Partners). We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

In addition to other prohibitions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (d) to submit false or misleading information.

 

SECTION 8 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Traashya guarantees the delivery of your product in good condition. However, once delivered, the care of the fragile Blue Pottery is the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for breakage resulting from mishandling, thermal shock (using decorative items for hot food if not specified), or improper washing after the product has been delivered.

 

SECTION 9 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising in relation to the Terms of Service or any transactions on the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
